TROY A Troy judge Thursday ordered the continued jailing of trucker Harold Joslyn after finding reasonable cause to believe he abducted and sexually assaulted a Troy woman.
City Court Judge Henry R. Bauer ruled that Joslyn be held without bail pending grand jury action, after conducting a 40-minute preliminary hearing in the case.
Joslyn is accused of picking up a 42-year-old woman Sept. 26 in Troy, temporarily blinding her with a caustic substance, tying her up, beating her, sodomizing her and dumping her off a 30-foot embankment. …
