NSW: Woman stabbed to death in inner city

SYDNEY, Dec 29 AAP - A woman was stabbed to death during an argument in Sydney today,
police said.

A police spokeswoman said the woman was stabbed in the back, chest and neck in Braugham
Street, Potts Point, this afternoon during the argument with a man at the rear of a hotel.

Paramedics treated the woman at the scene, but she died later in St Vincent's Hospital.

Kings Cross police are questioning a 38-year-old man over the stabbing.
